Spa Service Disclaimer

Spa services are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not intended to replace medical care or treatment. Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, injuries, sensitivities, or allergies prior to your service so we may ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Lumière Spa values your time and carefully prepares for each Couples Massage Class 101 experience. Due to limited class availability, the following cancellation policy applies

Age Requirement

All Couples Massage Class 101 participants must be 21 years of age or older. A valid photo ID is required upon arrival. Lumière Spa reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid identification.

Cancellation & Rescheduling 

• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class date.

• Requests made within this timeframe may be rescheduled one time only, subject to availability.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class, or failure to attend without notice, will result in forfeiture of payment. 

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
   

Late Arrival

• Doors will be locked 10 minutes after class begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted and payment will be forfeited.

• Late arrivals do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.
   

Class Cancellations by Lumière Spa 

In the rare event Lumière Spa must cancel a class, participants will be offered:

• A full refund or 

• The option to reschedule for a future date

Couples Massage Class 101 is an educational wellness experience designed to teach foundational massage techniques in a guided group setting.

Age Requirement

This class is open to guests 21 years of age or older only.
A valid photo ID is required upon arrival.

Participation Disclaimer

• This class is educational only and does not replace professional massage therapy or medical care.
   
• Participants are responsible for communicating personal comfort levels and physical limitations.
   
• Lumière Spa is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper technique or failure to follow guidance.

Media Recording & Photography

During Couples Massage Class 101, photography and/or video recording may occur for marketing and promotional purposes, including use on social media, website content, and advertisements.

By participating in the class, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may be photographed or recorded during the session.
   
• Lumière Spa may use this content for promotional and marketing purposes.
   

Opt-Out Option

Participants who do not wish to be recorded or photographed must notify Lumière Spa prior to the start of the class.
We respect all privacy requests and will make reasonable accommodations.
